Instructions for Presentation
Instructions for Oral Presentation:
1. Check the Final Program for the exact time of your presentation as it may have changed slightly from when originally scheduled. Any last minute changes to the program will also be posted daily.
2. Each invited paper will be assigned a 30-minute time slot. The length of the presentation should not exceed 25 minutes to allow 5 minutes for questions and discussions.
3. Each oral paper will be assigned a 20-minute time slot. The length of the presentation should not exceed 15 minutes to allow 5 minutes for questions and discussions.
4. LCD projectors will be available for presentations. Please bring a copy of the presentation on CD or on a USB Drive in order to make your presentation from the conference laptop (PC). All presenters planning on making LCD projected presentations must be at their session at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session to check their equipment.
5. Note: Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 is the only supported format. Overhead and slide projectors will not be provided for oral presentations. If you have such requirement, please contact the organizer in advance.
1. The poster session will be on Friday afternoon.
2. Your poster must be attended throughout the entire time slotted for poster presentations by at least one speaker.
3. Each poster will be given an area that is 120cm (horizontal) x 90 cm (vertical).
4. The organizer will provide materials for hanging posters.
